2009 Holiday Recital

This years show was held in honor of and dedicated to our friend and student Michelle.

She died unexpectedly at a young age but her organ donations saved 7 lives.

DVDs for sale at studio for $20 each.

Payment required when ordering.

DVDs will be ready for pickup the following lesson.

We are trying to keep them affordable regardless of our production costs but we can no longer offer 2 for $30.

the 2006 recital benefited the March of Dimes in honor of Eileen's twin boys delivered premature at 19 weeks.

As the recitals come and go this section will remain.

~ What Makes A Mother ~

I thought of you, closed my eyes and prayed to God today.
I asked "What makes a Mother?" and I know I heard him say,
"A Mother has a baby", this we know is true.
"But God, can you be a mother, when your babies are no longer with you?"
"Yes, you can," he replied with confidence in his voice.
"I give many women babies, when they leave it is not their choice.
Some I send for a lifetime and others for the day,
And some I send to feel your womb but there’s no need to stay."
"I just don’t understand this God I want my babies here!"
He took a breath and cleared his throat and then I saw a tear.
"I wish I could show you what your children are doing today.
If you could see your boys smile with other children and say,
'We go to earth to learn our lessons of love and life and fear.
Our mommy loved us so much that we got to come straight here.
We feel so lucky to have a Mom who had so much love you see.
We learned our lessons very quickly so our Mommy set us free.
We miss our Mommy oh so much but we visit her every day.
When she goes to sleep at night we crawl into bed and lay.
We stroke her hair and kiss her cheek and whisper in her ear,
Mommy don't be sad today we’re your babies and we’re here'
So you see my dear sweet one, your children are okay.
Your babies are with Me and this is where they’ll stay.
They'll wait here until life’s lessons are through.
And on the day you come home they’ll be at the gates for you.
So now you see what makes a Mother, it’s the feeling in your heart.
It’s the love you felt so strong right from the very start.
Though some on earth may not realize until their time is done.
You ARE a Mom and in their eyes, and you're a very special one."
