Eileen Bates ~ Owner/Operator, Voice Instructor, Piano Instructor.

Eileen has been teaching for over 10 years. She attended Rowan University as a vocal performance major. Eileen has performed professionally on stage as a backup vocalist for Barry Manilow and the great Luciano Pavorotti. In 2004, Eileen was selected as a finalist in the All Eastern NATS Competition held at Westminster Choir College. She continues her training under the direction of Barbara Dever. Ms. Dever is an internationally acclaimed opera star. Eileen was born into a family of pianists. Both of her parents are Temple graduates with their masters in music. Her mother is a piano teacher and professional accompanist. Her father was a child prodigy and played with the Philadelphia Orchestra at age 11. He currently is a top level piano instructor and tuner. Eileen's strong piano background has enabled her to grow as a vocalist and musician.

Kelly Slough ~ Guitar

Kelly has been with us, first as an advanced student then as a teacher, since 2000. Her abilities with the guitar complete her as a musician as she is a singer - songwriter as well. Kelly has students ranging from beginner to intermediate but is not afraid to teach a more solid student.
